Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of cotton candy, blackberries, and slate. On the palate, the wine has fresh flavors of wild strawberry, plum and cranberries. The wine has a finish of pear and citrus zest. Pairs nicely with shrimp cocktail, Caprese Salad and even a BLT.

PRODUCTION: 44 cases (548 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in early-October. The grapes were pressed wholecluster. Fermented in stainless steel then aged 12 weeks on lees.
