Tasting Notes

On the nose the wine has aromas of mulberries, cherry and raspberries. On the palate, the medium body wine has fruit flavors of plum and currant. Medium tannins give the wine a nice finish of chocolate and black tea.

Pairs nicely with roasted veggies, grilled chicken, BBQ and gourmet pizza.

PRODUCTION:  55 cases (660 bottles)

WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in late September. Two thirds of grapes were stemmed but left as whole berries with the remainder left as whole clusters. Fermented on the skins 8 days. Aged in stainless steel 18 months. Two years blended together 2018 & 2019.
