Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of gooseberry, nectarine and honey suckle. On the palate, the wine has crisp acidity with flavors of grapefruit and apricot. The wine has a citrus finish with hints of gooseberry.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, poultry and soft cheeses like burrata, or semi-hard cheeses such as manchego, gouda and salty feta.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid-September. The grapes were pressed wholecluster. Fermented at 55F in stainless steel then aged 8 weeks.
