Tasting Notes
On the nose, the wine has aromas of crushed raspberry, rhubarb and spice. On the palate, this dry wine has fruit flavors of watermelon, pie cherry and raspberry. The finish offers more raspberry and plum. Pairs nicely with most cuisine. Shellfish, salmon, fish tacos. Think of the ideal wine to enjoy while sitting on the porch or at a picnic. Great all year round.

PRODUCTION: 50 cases (600 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in early October. The grapes were pressed whole cluster. The juice was fermented in stainless steel 4 weeks until dry. The lees of the wine were stirred for six weeks to add complexity.
