Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of citrus peel, kiwi fruit and honey suckle. On the palate, the wine has fresh flavors of lime and pear. The wine has a refreshing finish of pear and more kiwi.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, poultry and semi soft cheeses.

VINEYARD: Naches Heights Vineyard
PRODUCTION: 50 cases (600 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid-September. The grapes were pressed whole cluster. Fermented at 55F in stainless steel then aged 6 weeks.
BOTTLED: Dec 2023 RELEASED: March 2024
AGE-WORTHY: 2-3 years after bottling
