Tasting Notes
TASTING NOTES:
Fully body red wine. On the nose the wine has aromas of red fruit, white pepper, and smoked meats. On the palate, the medium body wine has flavors of wild blackberries and local plums. The finish has hits of milk chocolate black pepper and spice.
Pairs nicely with a rich dishes like beef, pork shoulder, wild game, and grilled mushrooms.
