Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has an aroma of crushed plum, blackberry and red currants. On the palate, the medium body wine has hints of plum and boysenberry. Barrel aging gives the wine a finish of coffee and chocolate.
Pairs nicely bold dishes such as grilled steak, lamb, eggplant parmesan or just enjoy on its own.

PRODUCTION: 56 cases (672 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid-October. The grapes were stemmed with the grapes being left . Fermented on the skins 14 days. The wine barrel aged in French oak for 18 months. 100% new French oak.
