Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has a bouquet of dried strawberry, pomegranate, and bacon fat. The wine hits the palate with fresh acidity, ripe strawberry with hints of cranberry and boysenberry. The wine has a finish of pekoe tea.
Pairs nicely with grilled fish, grilled veggies and game meat.

2021 Barrel Select Grenache
This wine is produced under our “Barrel” select program, meaning just one barrel is bottled. Other barrels in the program are blended into Hunter’s Red.
FINISHED WINE: 100% Grenache
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch
PRODUCTION: 26 cases produced (310 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid-October. The grapes were 100% crushed and fermented on the skins for 15 days. Barrel aged 36 months French oak.
