The nose of the wine has spicy aromas of cedar, coffee and black tea. On the palate, this medium body wine has juicy fruit flavors such as Bing cherry and spice. Juicy acidity gives the wine a nice finish of chia spice and cola

FINISHED WINE: 62% Grenache, 27% Syrah, 11% Tempranillo
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima valley
PRODUCTION: 61 cases ( 732 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand sorted then fully crushed as individual lots. The wines aged in neutral French oak barrels for 40 months.
BOTTLED: January 2023 RELEASED: Fall 2024
AGE-WORTHY: 7-10 years after bottling
