Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of citrus peel, kiwi fruit and honey suckle. On the palate, the wine has fresh flavors of lime and pear. The wine has a refreshing finish of pear and more kiwi.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, poultry and semi soft cheeses.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid-September. The grapes were pressed wholecluster. Fermented at 55F in stainless steel for 6 weeks.
