The nose of the wine has spicy aromas of cedar, coffee and spice. On the palate, this medium body wine has juicy fruit flavors of cherry and plum. Juicy acidity gives the wine a nice finish of spice and black tea.
Pairs nicely with pork, grilled poultry and savory stews.

FINISHED WINE: 100% Pinot Noir
VINEYARD: Ginkgo Forest Vineyards Wahluke Slope
PRODUCTION: 84 cases ( 1000 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand sorted then fully crushed. The wine was aged in a large French oak barrel and a regular neutral barrel for 14 months.
BOTTLED: November 2024 RELEASED: Fall 2024
AGE-WORTHY: 7-10 years after bottling
