• Tasting Notes

    The wine has aromas of honeysuckle, apricot and orange zest. On the palate, the wine has an elegant and playful mouthfeel of mango, pear and apple. It has a finish with hints of candied ginger and crème brûlée. Pairs nicely with soft cheese, fruit plates and shrimp.

  • 2019 Muscato

    • We are pleased to share with you our ever popular Muscato! The grapes were picked in early September, stemmed and allowed to cold soak for 4 hours. This increased color and aromatics of the wine. The juice was fermented for 4 weeks at 55F to allow the wine to slowly develop its delicate flavors.

      FINISHED WINE: 100% Orange Muscat (Hence the name MUSCATO)

      VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Yakima Valley

      PRODUCTION: 900 bottles

      WINEMAKING:
      Grapes were hand-harvested and sorted. The grapes were pressed whole cluster.
      The fermentation of the wine was stopped to allow some residual sugar. 9% Residual sugar.

      MATURATION: Stainless steel

      AGE-WORTHY: 2-3 years
