On the nose the wine has aromas of crushed herb, cola and shaved chocolate. On the palate, the medium body wine has red fruit flavors of currant, spice and pepper corn.
Pairs nicely with savory lamb, roasted meats, turkey and duck.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand sorted then fully crushed. The wine was aged in French oak for 17 months. One new barrel and one neutral.
