Tasting Notes
On the palate, the wine has juicy fruit flavors of pear and apple with zippy acidity of lemon and lime flavors. The wine has a nice finish of more pear and honey dew. The wine pairs nicely with typical PNW seafood but also with semi hard cheese like manchego, feta and gouda.
