Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of gooseberry, nectarine and honey suckle. On the palate, the wine has crisp acidity with flavors of grapefruit and apricot. The wine has a citrus finish with hints of pineapple.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, poultry and soft cheeses like burrata or semi-hard cheeses such as manchego, gouda and salty feta.
