Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of white raspberry, slate and apple. On the palate, the wine has fresh flavors of Asian pear, apple and goose berry. The wine has a briny finish of more gooseberry and pie crust.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, grilled chicken and semi soft cheeses like brie and Chèvre .
