The nose of the wine offers fresh aromas of jasmine and apple peel. On the palate pear and apple are present with hints of goose berry. Hints of pear provide a lingering finish for the wine.
Pairs nicely with shellfish, crab cakes, calamari and white wine sauces.
2019 Pinot Grigio
The grapes for our 2019 Pinot Grigio came from Naches Heights Vineyards, one of Washington States highest elevation vineyards at 1700 feet. At this elevation, the grapes struggle to ripen, producing premium small clusters with great natural acidity.
Naches Heights vines are Salmon certified, Biodynamic and cultivated organically.
