The wine has flavors of peach, star fruit and green apple. Dry and crisp, this wine pairs nicely with NW seafood such as shellfish and white fish. Great on a summer day or with friends sitting around a fire.

This is our third Lighthouse label. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of The Keeper will be donated by Wind Rose Cellars for the upkeep and maintenance of the New Dungeness Lighthouse Station.

PRODUCTION: 1400 bottles
WINEMAKING: Grapes were hand-harvested and sorted. The grapes were pressed whole cluster and aged in stainless steel.
