Tasting Notes
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose the wine has aromas of red fruit, orange zest, blueberry and cedar. On the palate, the medium body wine has black tea, leather, and wild blackberries. The finish has hits of milk chocolate, coffee and soy.
Pairs nicely with a rich meat dish like beef, pork shoulder, wild game, and grilled mushrooms.

VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley
PRODUCTION: 22 cases (260 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in mid October. The grapes were stemmed with 100% of the grapes crushed. The must cold soaked for 36 hours.
Fermented on the skins 8 days. Aged in stainless steel for 18 months.
