Tasting Notes
The nose has hints of spice, pomegranate, raison and orange pekoe tea. The wine has medium body with fruit flavors of Bing cherry and fig. Smooth tannins give the wine a finish with hints of fig and dark chocolate. Pairs nicely with red sauces, pork and gourmet pizza.

2018 Barbera
This is our 10th vintage of Barbera.
FINISHED WINE: 100% Barbera
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley
PRODUCTION: 84 cases (1000 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in late September. The grapes were stemmed but left as whole berries. The grapes were cold soaked for 36 hours to stabilize color. Fermentation on the skins was for 10 days then pressed. The wine was barrel aged in neutral French oak barrel for 36 months.
