Light and playful, this medium-bodied wine has aromas of cranberry and orange peel with a bouquet of vanilla, tar and white pepper. On the palate this juicy red wine
has fruit flavors of lush cranberry and red strawberry. The finish lingers with black tea and milky chocolate.Pairs nicely with ribs, grilled poultry and meaty paella.

FINISHED WINE: 73% Grenache, 22% Mourvèdre, 5% Syrah
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch, Yakima Valley
CASES PRODUCED: 60 Cases (720 Bottles)
WINEMAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand picked in mid September 2021. Fully crushed and cold soaked for 2 days. Fermentation was 10 days on the skins.
Barrel-aged in neural oak for 20 months. Each lot was fermented separately then blended to the desired percentages.
