Tasting Notes
The nose has hints of cherry, pipe tobacco, clove and leather. Cherry and blackberry hit the palate up front. Maple and bacon fat give the wine a finish. Lingering finish of more cherry.
Pairs nicely with red sauces, beef and gourmet pizza.
