Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of blackberry, cherry and mocha. On the palate, the medium body wine has dark fruit flavors of blackberry, plum and currant. Medium tannins give the wine a nice finish of dark chocolate and hazelnut.
Pairs nicely with roasted veggies, grilled chicken, BBQ and gourmet pizza.

2017 Dolcetto
Dolcetto means in Italian “little sweet one”. This wine is anything but sweet. Bone dry and full of flavor.

VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley
PRODUCTION: 88 cases (1000 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in late September. The grapes were stemmed but left as 80% whole berries with the remainder crushed. Fermented on the skins 8 days. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
