This medium bodied dry red wine has aromas of licorice, fresh herbs and raspberry tea. On the palate, the wine has flavors of mulberry and juicy plum. The finish has hints of raspberry chocolate. Pairs with BBQ, grilled chicken, pork and pizza.

We produce Dolcetto year after year as a bold red with delicious fruit flavors and subtle grape tannins.
The grapes were hand-picked in late September. The grapes were stemmed but left as whole berries. Fermented on the skins 8 days. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
