Tasting Notes
The nose on the wine is very fresh with aromas of apple peel, jasmine and lemon zest. The wine has hints of apple, pear, and white raspberry. The wine has a minerally finish with hints of pineapple. Pairs nicely with white fish, scallops and pork.

Bravo Bianco means “good white wine” in Italian.
FINISHED WINE: 100% Chardonnay
Growing Region: Rattlesnake Hills
PRODUCTION: 40 cases (412 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked early-October. Pressed whole cluster, the wine fermented for 6 weeks in stainless steel. The wine was aged in stainless steel for 18 months then bottled.
