Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of jasmine, bees wax, and sweet peas. On the palate, the wine has fresh flavors of Asian pear, melon, apricot and goose berry. The wine has a briny finish of pear and citrus zest.
Pairs nicely with PNW shellfish, white fish, grilled chicken and semi soft cheeses like brie and Chèvre .
