Tasting Notes
Nose of the wine has aromas of plum, cinnamon, cherry and cigar. On the palate, smooth tannins provide silkiness to the wine, followed red fruit flavors of currant, plum and blackberry. The wine has a finish of black tea and fig.

FINISHED WINE: 90% Malbec 5% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Petit Verdot
Vineyard: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley
PRODUCTION: 78 cases (875 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: Hand harvested in mid-October 2018. Hand sorted then fully crushed. Maceration was 18 days on the skins before pressing. The wines aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. 50% were new oak.
BOTTLED: July 2021 RELEASED: Fall 2026
