Tasting Notes
The nose of the wine has aromas of cedar, prunes, coffee and vanilla. On the palate, this medium body wine has red fruit flavors such as Bing cherry and pie cherry. Juicy acidity gives the wine a nice finish of plum, rhubarb and spice.
Pairs nicely with ribs, turkey, grilled poultry and paella.

2016 Hunter’s Red
We are excited to release our sixth vintage of our new Hunters Red. 2016 didn’t bring us the Tempranillo grape we always use in our Hunters Red, so we are using the Greneche as the dominant grape. This is our first vintage we have blended with Syrah. Enjoy!! The new label design was created by Mark Volmut, the winemaker’s brother.
