Tasting Notes
On the nose, the wine has a bouquet of honey, hints of popcorn and jasmine spice.
On the palate, the medium body wine has fruit flavors of pear and apple with hints of pie crust and crumble topping.The finish hits with spice, brown sugar and granny smith cobbler. Pairs nicely with poultry, white sauces, steamed artichokes, clams, crab cakes and brie cheeses.

PRODUCTION: 135 cases (1620 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in late September. Half of the wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels, out of the four barrels, one was new. The other half was fermented in stainless steel.
Partial Malolactic fermentation.
