Tasting Notes
On the nose the wine has aromas of orange zest, raspberry and cedar. On the palate, the wine with citrus spice, orange Peako tea, and fresh strawberry. The oak gives the wine some balance. The finish has hits of caramel, orange zest and Bing cherry.
Pairs nicely with water and game fowl, pork and grilled salmon.

This wine is produced under our “Barrel” select program, meaning just one barrel produced.

98% Grenache 2% Syrah
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley
PRODUCTION: 23 cases (276 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in early October. They were stemmed with 100% of the grapes crushed. The must cold soaked for 36 hours. Fermented on the skins 5 days. Aged in new French oak for 40 months.
