    The wine has aromas of black currant, bay leaf and thyme. On the palate, blackberry and cherry along with black currant and fig give the wine a bold fruit flavor. The wine has a finish of fig, espresso and black tea. Enjoy with beef and pork

    WINEMAKING: Grapes were hand harvested in late September. The grapes were sorted by hand, stemmed then left whole berry. Each lot was aged for 20 months in barrel of which 30% were new French oak.
    AGE-WORTHY: 10-15 years after bottling

    The label for the wine was inspired by local artist Natalie Martin. The image can typically be seen when driving into the Dungeness Valley.
