PRODUCTION: 80 cases (960 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in early September. The grapes were pressed whole cluster. The juice was fermented in stainless steel at 55F for six weeks until dry. The
lees of the wine were stirred for six weeks to add complexity. No fining.

AGE-WORTHY: 2–3 years after bottling
