TASTING NOTES:
On the nose the wine has a bouquet of dried herbs and cedar. On the palate, the wine has hints of citrus, pie cherry and juicy raspberry. The wine has a finish of chocolate dipped strawberries.
Pairs nicely with spicier dishes and roast meats.

This wine is produced under our “Barrel” select program, meaning just one barrel is bottled. Other barrels in the program are blended into Hunter’s Red.
FINISHED WINE: 98% Grenache 2% Syrah
VINEYARD: Lonesome Spring Ranch
PRODUCTION: 26 cases produced (310 bottles)
WINE MAKING PROCESS: The grapes were hand-picked in early-October. The grapes were crushed and fermented on the skins for 12 days. Barrel aged 36 months French oak.
BOTTLED: March 2021 RELEASED: July 2022
